waiting. We come to you.
When it’s time to upgrade/refresh, again, we come to you with your new equipment allowing time to migrate and then pick up the old equipment (if applicable) at no additional cost. No interruption to your business.
Pay for what you use
Pay only for the useful life of the equipment. Payments can be tailored around the intended use of
the equipment with full refresh possible as often as early as every 18 months.

Capital or Operating Lease?
Buying a new computer every 2-3 years is not an efficient use of capital when you could lease instead.
At ProCore, we understand that your needs are unique to your business so we offer several options for leasing. While some plan to keep their gear for over 3 years, we find most are looking to refresh their computers every two or three years.
IT equipment can quickly become outdated and for many of our clients, their computer is their main revenue driver for their business and one of their highest expenses. Buying a new computer every 2-3 years for $4,000 or more is not efficient use of capital when you could lease the useable life for that period, upgrading it for a new one and keeping your single, monthly payment low and manageable without the big up front investment.
Capital Lease
● Terms of 18-36 months with a fixed $10 buyout at end of term. Plain and simple.
● Designed for those who want to lease to reduce their up front costs but are certain they plan to keep the equipment beyond the initial lease term.
● Affordable monthly payments but more costly than leasing with an Operating Lease.
Operating Lease (also known as a FMV lease)
● Terms of 18-36 months with a purchase option set at FMV(Fair Market Value).
●Lower payments than a Capital Lease and is designed for those interested in refreshing their equipment more often. Reduce down time, increase productivity and employee satisfaction by offering the latest gear at all times.
