Managing Director

Sean is managing director of the firm. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Sean specialises in corporate finance, litigation support and business advisory services. He has advised on many acquisitions and disposals of businesses and has a wealth of experience in providing business advisory services to the SME sector.

​His experience encompasses significant experience in inward investment to Ireland as well as advising on property development and investments. He is a non executive director of Jones & Niece plc. He also has extensive experience in providing both compliance and consultancy services to the medical profession. In recent years, he has been heavily involved in providing personal financial planning advice to clients.

Director

Susan is a director of the firm primarily focused on the provision of accounting and business advisory services. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. She has extensive experience in the provision of professional services to a broad range of international businesses.

She qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG before moving to a position as an audit manager with PriceWaterhouseCoopers responsible for delivery of services to a range of national and international corporate clients. A founding partner of Timmons Tahn & Company in 2000, Susan provides a broad range of services to both personal, not for profit and corporate clients including audit, accountancy, taxation and business consultancy services. 

Head of Taxation

Mia joined the firm in 2009 and is our taxation and investment business manager. She is an associate of the British Taxation Institute.

Mia heads up the taxation division of the firm, working closely with the directors in providing a full range of taxation services to its clients. She has a particular expertise in the area of Value Added Tax with significant experience in the retail and property sectors. She provides a range of investment business services to clients and in this area, she has significant experience in advising on and facilitating overseas property investments on behalf of clients.

Compliance Services Manager

Ellie joined the firm in 2012 and as compliance services manager. Having graduated from Trinity College Cambridge, she subsequently worked with both KPMG and Deloitte. 

Ellie heads up the compliance services division of the firm and together with the directors ensures that the compliance affairs of all corporate clients are kept up to date and in order. She has extensive experience in the provision of accounts preparation, audit and business advisory services. She works with both corporate and self-employed clients across a broad range of businesses and industries.
